• You represent that you are a researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized institutional representative.
• You agree to use the platform only for legitimate research and scientific purposes.
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LabConnect Inc.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

When creating and maintaining an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Institutional accounts must be authorized by the appropriate institutional representative.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Use: Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Harmful Content: Submitting samples or data that are hazardous, illegal, or harmful.
• Fraud: Providing false information, impersonating others, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Interference: Disrupting or interfering with the security or operation of the platform.
• Data Mining: Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without authorization.
• Intellectual Property: Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Regarding laboratory services and transactions:

• Service Descriptions: Labs are responsible for accurately describing their capabilities and services.
• Sample Quality: Users are responsible for proper sample preparation and documentation.
• Turnaround Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.
• Results: Lab results are provided "as is" and LabConnect is not liable for scientific interpretations.
• Disputes: We provide a dispute resolution process for service-related issues.

Payment terms are processed through our secure payment system. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property rights on our platform:

• Platform Content: All content, trademarks, and technology on LabConnect are owned by us or our licensors.
• User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for platform operation.
• Research Data: Users retain ownership of their research data and results.
• Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LabConnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for the quality of laboratory services provided by third-party labs.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or research materials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.
